Refr is currently focused on India but accepts referrals and candidates globally. Payouts are supported via UPI (India), bank transfer, PayPal, and Wise for international users.

You can refer anyone you genuinely know and can professionally vouch for — former colleagues, classmates, friends, or contacts whose skills match the role. You cannot refer yourself or immediate family members.

Open the app, browse the Jobs tab, tap any job, and hit Refer. Fill in the candidate's name, email, phone number, and optionally their LinkedIn URL and a referral note. Tap Submit and your referral is live.

The AI Referral Writer uses Claude AI to generate 3 professional referral messages based on your relationship with the candidate and their key strengths. Pick the version you like, edit it, and share directly on WhatsApp.

Before submitting, tap Score to get an AI analysis of how well your candidate matches the job — scored 0 to 100. You get strengths, suggestions to improve, and a recommendation. Referrals above 70% have the highest chance of getting an interview.

Yes — significantly. A LinkedIn URL is the single biggest factor in the AI Fit Score. Referrals with LinkedIn profiles have more than twice the chance of progressing to interview.

Yes. You can refer the same candidate for different open roles as long as they are a genuine fit. You cannot submit the same candidate for the same job twice.

Your referral is reviewed by the HR team and moves through: Submitted → Reviewing → Interview → Hired → Paid. You receive a notification at every stage change.

You earn the referral bonus shown on each job card for every successful hire. Bonuses on Refr range from ₹10,000 to ₹1,00,000+ depending on the role. There is no cap — refer as many candidates as you like.

Payment is triggered when your referred candidate is marked as Hired AND completes their onboarding or probation period, typically 30 to 90 days. Payouts are processed within 30 days.

Go to Wallet → Payout in the app and enter your UPI ID or bank account details. You can also use PayPal or Wise for international transfers. Payouts are processed within 30 days of hire confirmation.

The Earnings Forecast shows the maximum you could earn if all your active referrals convert to hires. It is a motivational indicator showing your potential pipeline value.

Market Opportunity on your Score page shows the total referral bonuses available across all open jobs right now — how much you could earn if you referred candidates for every live position.

Yes. Referral bonuses are income and subject to applicable taxes in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for declaring and paying taxes. Please consult a tax professional if needed.

The Refr Score is your reputation and activity score. You earn XP for submitting referrals, getting candidates hired, completing weekly challenges, and maintaining referral streaks. XP determines your level and leaderboard position.

A streak is maintained by referring at least one candidate every week. You earn +25 XP every week, +100 XP every 5 weeks, and +250 XP every 10 weeks. Streaks also unlock exclusive badges.

Weekly Challenges are tasks that reset every Monday. Completing them earns bonus XP. Once a challenge hits 100%, tap Claim to receive your reward. Unclaimed rewards do not carry over.

The leaderboard ranks all Refr users and can be sorted by XP (activity), Hires (success), or Hire Rate (quality — requires at least 3 referrals). There is also a Team Leaderboard grouping users by company email domain.

Badges are achievements unlocked by hitting milestones — your first referral, first hire, a 3-week streak, completing challenges, and more. Earned badges appear on your public profile.

Yes. When signing up, choose I am looking for a job. You can browse open positions and request a referral from someone who worked at the same company as you. A warm referral dramatically improves your chance of interview.

Add your work history in your profile. Refr matches you with referrers who worked at the same companies during overlapping years. Send them a request — if they accept, they submit a formal referral on your behalf.

Your work history and personal details are completely private. When you send a referral request, your identity is hidden until the referrer accepts. Only your skills, target role, notice period, and message are visible beforehand.

Once accepted, your full profile is revealed to the referrer and they submit a formal referral for the job on your behalf. You will be notified at every stage — Submitted, Reviewing, Interview, Hired.

Log in to the HR Portal at tigerrecruits.com/hr-login. Post your open roles with a referral commission. Our network submits candidates they know personally — each with an AI fit score and LinkedIn profile. You only pay when you hire.

Log in to the HR Portal, click Post a Job, fill in the job title, description, requirements, location, and the referral commission amount. Your job goes live immediately.

You set the referral bonus amount when posting a job — this is what you pay when a successful hire is confirmed. You pay nothing upfront and nothing unless a hire is made.

From the portal, view all referrals per job, see AI fit scores, review referral notes and LinkedIn profiles, and update candidate status. Referrers are notified automatically at each stage.

Yes. The admin can add multiple HR users to a company account. Each user has their own login and can manage jobs and candidates independently.

Yes. Refr uses TLS encryption for all data in transit, Row-Level Security on all database tables, biometric lock on the mobile app, and regular security audits. Your earnings are never shown publicly.

Yes. Delete your account from Profile → Settings in the app. Your personal data will be removed per our Privacy Policy. Referral records are retained for 7 years for financial compliance but anonymised after deletion.

Refr complies with GDPR (EU/UK), CCPA (USA), DPDPA 2023 (India), PDPA (Singapore), and the Privacy Act (Australia). Contact admin@tigerrecruits.com to access, correct, delete, or export your data.
